Executive Team

John Holland is CEO and Chairman of the Board at Control & Equipment Company.  

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with an Engineering Technology degree.  He started his career at CEC in 1982 as a technician.  In 1990, he was promoted to Controls Application Engineer and also worked in the Testing, Adjusting & Balancing Department.  He holds the Class 'A' Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Commercial License in both Texas and New Mexico.  He has served as President of ASHRAE the American Society of Heating Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Engineers.

Jason Gill is President of Control & Equipment Company.  He began his career in 1994 in the HVAC industry and joined CEC in 1996 as a technician.  He has extensive experience in building automation Control systems to include system installation and programming, project management, and estimating.  He has received certifications in EcoStruxure, LonMark, Schneider Electric I/A Series G3 programming, BACnet Integration, and ABB VFD Certified Start-Up.
