consists of three departments: Controls-Design Build, HVAC Equipment Sales, and Test &
Balance.

sophisticated Building Automation System our engineering and installation capabilities are
especially strong. We have the only technicians in this area that are factory certified to
install variable frequency drives. We are also experts in power factor correction and
lighting retrofits. Our staff of experienced, factory trained, personnel are the most

Our Test & Balance department consists of National
Environmental Balancing Bureau trained technicians. We have extensive experience in the
areas of HVAC systems testing and balancing of both air and hydronic systems, as well as
sound and vibration measurements on any HVAC equipment.

$8,000.00 Time Transit Flowmeter can accurately measure flow through Carbon
Steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminum, PVC, Glass, Pyrex, Mortar Rubber, Tar Epoxy,
Polyethylene, Tungsten, Iron, Asbestos Cement just to name a few. Our data
base contains over 200 liquids other than water that can be measured using
